Panthera Property Group was established in 2016 to support the acquisition and repositioning of regionally-located shopping centres. It has achieved significantly enhanced income returns as well as growth in capital asset values, many in excess of 25% per annum.
Panthera’s enhanced returns have been achieved through a number of initiatives including establishing efficient, professional and cost-effective centre management; tenancy engagement and re-mixing; enhancing customer intimacy and experience; and overlaying unique integrated retail technologies across the centres.
We specialise in mixed-use developments within excess land of our shopping centre portfolio with the aim of evolving them into a lifestyle community centres.
FUNDS MANAGEMENT
Panthera Funds Management is the capital management entity within the Panthera Group that supports our own, and our investors’ investment in the physical and digital assets driving the evolving omni-channel retail and leisure experiences of our customers.
To complement our portfolio of existing investments, we provide our institutional capital partners and wholesale investors access to new investment opportunities in asset-specific closed end unitised trusts funds to be able to share in the group’s vision and success.
We drive investment returns by transforming shopping centres by integrating physical and ecommerce digital experiences in a local context based on the priorities of the trade area. Each investment trust is structured to meet specific investor criteria based on targeted returns, value-add capital reversions, risk appetites and liquidity requirements.
TECHNOLOGY
Panthera Technology Group has been established to create the digital applications that bridge the technology sector and traditional, property, finance and banking sectors. PTG operates as an incubator for new technology start-ups working with partners and develops technology solutions to enhance and bring the capital and assets to the forefront by using innovative technology.
Capitalising on the groups expertise, the digital team offers range of technology solutions and applications supporting the built environment in the fields of retail, property, development and construction.

Rivershop | Providing an omni-channel retail solution dedicated to the shopping centre ecosystem for customers, retail merchants, F&B merchants, service providers and mall owners.

EXPERIENCE
We specialise in creating experience and lifestyle precincts within our property portfolio assets by envisaging customer journeys within the Centres and increasing shopper dwell times with the aim of enhancing revenue for our retailers and adding value to the assets.
Panthera Hospitality Group | The group has conceptualised, rolled-out and operates several retail food concepts to fill gaps in our retail tenancy mixes. Once established we license these hospitality brands to operators and partner with them to ensure our shopper needs are met.
Family Entertainment | Panthera is focused on delivering future-focused entertainment in our centre for all demographics and the entire family to enjoy. Panthera is currently working on establishing partnerships with international operators to provide new entertainment experiences.
Health and Wellbeing | Panthera works with various medical centre managers and gym operators for these to be established in our centre based on the needs of the trade areas.
ENERGY
The Panthera Power Group has expanded into the energy and solar industry. Panthera is partnering with industry experts to install solar energy generation in our centres and evolve these to become micro-grids and embedded networks. In addition, is working on establishing a new concept cladding company for the built environment in using façade panels to generate energy to reduce carbon footprints and develop green energy infrastructure across Australia.
